Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the 66-Day Streak mobile application ("App") operated by 66-Day Streak ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 66-Day Streak, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

66-Day Streak is a habit-building application that helps users track daily habits over a 66-day period. The App provides:

• Habit creation and tracking
• Visual streak progress through grids and progress bars
• Local notification reminders
• Offline-first, local-only data storage

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use 66-Day Streak. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

When using 66-Day Streak, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, logos, icons, and code within 66-Day Streak are the intellectual property of 66-Day Streak and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. User Data

All data you create within 66-Day Streak (habits, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, nor do we collect, any of your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your device data.

7. Availability and Updates

We strive to keep 66-Day Streak available and functional at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

• Release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or enhance the user experience
• Modify or discontinue features at our discretion
• Require minimum operating system versions for continued use

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

66-Day Streak is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

The habit-tracking information provided by the App is for personal use only and should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or health advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 66-Day Streak and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or progress due to device issues, app deletion, or software updates
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any damages related to unauthorized access to your device data

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 66-Day Streak and its creators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

66-Day Streak does not integrate with or rely upon any third-party services. The App is distributed through Apple's App Store, which is subject to Apple's own terms and conditions.

12. Termination

You may stop using 66-Day Streak at any time by deleting the App from your device. Upon deletion, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to remove the App from distribution channels at any time without prior notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
